For further information contact Andy Partridge andrew.partridge@specsavers.com. Provide your name, GOC number, and practice name. Assessment times will be 18.00, 19.00, and 20.00 with 8 places for each 1 hour workshop.
Prerequisite: MECS Level 1 must be completed (LOCSU MECS) and you should have achieved MECS Level 2 (WOPEC MECS assessment stations) or be booked on to a Level 2 MECS assessment event.
A 1-hour hands-on workshop where delegates have the opportunity to experience removal of foreign body material, embedded in a simulation eye, and using a variety of different instrumentation. WOPEC CPD approved.
Cancellations
Payment to WOPEC for their events should be made promptly on receiving the email detailing process. Failure to pay or correspond with WOPEC regarding your booking may result in your place being offered to someone else.
Some events require fee payment directly to the commissioning body and details are stated within. Other events are funded by a commissioning body at no charge to the attendee - do still notify WOPEC if you wish to cancel your place so it may be allocated to another person.
Cancellation made less than 5 working days before event may result in no refund of payment.
