My MCQs are not displaying

We are sorry to hear that you are having trouble viewing the questions. There are several factors that could be involved.
1. We recommend that you use either Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox to view the lectures, and that you make sure whichever is updated to the most recent version. Check that Java and Flash are fully updated. If you use an ad blocker or pop-up blocker, please disable it.
2. Whilst you are viewing the lecture please just leave it to play straight through. Do not move the time cursor backwards or forwards - the questions are keyed to appear at specific points of the lecture, and skipping those individual seconds means you will miss the questions. You may pause the lecture but try not to leave it for more than a few minutes.
3. If the lecture pauses and you do not see the questions, please reduce the lecture from full screen mode and then scroll down. Some people have found that the questions display underneath the lecture window.
